- Limited payment information needed to match and record an e-transfer. We do not ask you to upload an e-transfer screenshot or provide online-banking credentials.

Please provide only the information requested for your service. Do not send sensitive information by ordinary email or text unless Sarah has specifically asked you to use that method.

- Schedule, confirm and provide appointments or services.

- Send service-related information, forms, Zoom details and reminders.

- Prepare an individual Human Design chart or other requested service.

- Match an e-transfer to a booking and maintain appropriate business records.

- Send optional news or promotional messages when we have the required consent.

We limit collection and use to purposes that are reasonable and connected to your interaction with Heart Centered Healing.

When you book or request a service, we may send messages needed to manage that booking or provide the service. Consent to optional marketing is separate and is not required to book.

You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may also ask us to stop promotional email or text messages by contacting us. Service-related messages may still be needed while an appointment or request is active.
