Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Heart Centered Healing site or book a service with Sarah Carpenter. By using the site or making a booking, you agree to these terms and to the terms shown on the page or booking form for the service you choose.

ABOUT HEART CENTERED HEALING

Heart Centered Healing is run by Sarah Carpenter in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. It offers complementary well-being sessions, Human Design readings, and learning in select complementary methods.

SERVICE SCOPE

Heart Centered Healing does not give medical, mental-health, crisis, legal, or financial care. Its services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a health issue. They do not replace care from a doctor, therapist, or other skilled and licensed care lead.

You stay in charge of your own choices, health care, and use of the ideas shared in a session or class. No result is promised.

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

The service name, length, fee, place, and key steps are shown on the service page, booking page, or note from Sarah. The Human Design Introduction Reading is for adults, takes place on Zoom, and needs payment by e-transfer before the session.

If an offer has its own rules, those rules are part of these terms. The current offer page and book page state who may get the offer, the offer dates, the fee, and what occurs if a booking is moved, dropped, or made more than once.

Do not send a payment until you have read the fee and terms that apply to your booking. For the October Introduction Reading offer, Sarah must first confirm your place and the fee due.

MOVING, DROPPING, REFUNDS, AND CREDIT

If you need to move or drop a booked time, use the link in your booking email or contact Sarah as soon as you can.

Sarah deals with refunds and credit one case at a time. No auto refund or credit is promised. Any term that is key to a set class, course, or event should be shown to you before you pay.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right that cannot be waived by law.

BIRTH DATA AND FORMS

For a Human Design reading, Sarah needs your birth date, exact birth time, and birth place to make your chart. Use the private form sent after you book. If you do not know your exact birth time, contact Sarah before you pay or send the form. Please do not guess.

The Privacy Policy at https://heartcenteredhealing.ca/privacy tells you how HCH may collect, use, store, and share your data.

EMAIL AND TEXT

HCH may send the email or text needed to book or give a service, such as a form, Zoom link, change note, or time alert. This service mail is not the same as an ad or news list.

HCH will send ad or news mail only when it has a valid basis to do so. Such mail will name the sender and give a clear way to stop it.

SITE USE AND RIGHTS

The words, art, photos, files, and course items on this site are owned by HCH or used with consent from their owner. You may view them for your own use. You may not copy, sell, post, teach, or use them for trade without clear written consent, save for a right that law gives you.

Do not harm the site, try to gain access you do not have, or use the site in a way that breaks the law or the rights of another person.

THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

The site may link to book, video, pay, email, social, or other tools run by third parties. HCH does not own all such tools and cannot promise that they will always be up, safe, or free of fault. Their own terms and privacy rules may also apply.

SITE FACTS AND CHANGES

HCH aims to keep the site and service facts up to date, but a fault or old fact may at times appear. HCH may change the site, an offer, or these terms. A change does not alter a paid booking in a way that breaks a law or a clear term that applied when you booked.

LIMITS

You choose whether to use the site or book. As far as the law allows, HCH is not liable for a loss caused by a third-party tool, a site fault outside its fair care, or use of the site in a way that does not match these terms.

This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it.
